St. Peter's Anglican Church presented information regarding their upcoming application to the Birmingham Subdivision Committee on April 22nd concerning sidewalk and drainage requirements along Hagood Street, and the neighborhood discussed the contentious matter at length. Members unanimously approved a liquor license application for Pickle & Pour, a new pickleball facility with restaurant and bar services at 7001 Crestwood Blvd, and voted 29-0 to support Caroline Bundy's fence variance request to maintain a 6-foot fence on her corner lot property. The meeting also covered the Crestline Park Groove Music Festival on May 9th, the McElwain Cemetery cleanup, and ongoing needs for volunteers to water newly planted park trees.
